Flame Health is a global resource consultancy with a focus on medical
recruitment and in particular dentistry and opticianry roles. Competing against other established competitors, such as Monster and Fish4Jobs, was their primary goal.

The Challenge
Flame Health wanted a recruitment portal that would dominate the job market
for dentists and opticians on the web.
In the front end, the portal needed to score top listings in Google. This
was because a large part of Flame’s recruitment would involve organic searches
in search engines. SEO was a mighty task as Flame needed to compete with
established players within the recruitment industry (such as – Monster and
Fish4Jobs).
In the back end, the system needed to provide the entire process for a
recruitment company. This would involve the storing of all related data and
matching their vacancies with ideal candidates.
The Approach
To make the site as SEO friendly as possible, increase website traffic and
help the site to compete with the major competitors, the latest search
engine optimisation techniques were used to make the site rank well in
all major search engines. Job categories, premium job pages and job detail
pages are heavily optimised on the website with interlinking across the suite
of sites.
In regards to the back end system, Flame uses the sophisticated CRM
(customer relationship management) system, ‘Bondadapt’. This system holds and
organises all data on vacancies and candidates, such as names, contact details
and any interactions. By providing this back-end system which stores all data Flame
owns now and in the future, all employees can be sure that the data will be
secure and easy to locate.
‘Bondadapt’ is also fully integrated with Flame’s new website, which
effectively acts as an intelligent front-end portal for it. This has proved to
be very successful and extremely efficient as much of Flame’s recruitment
process is automated. Furthermore, it automatically populates the URL name,
title tag, header and much more – so the SEO is already done!
The Results
The three Flame Health sites boast a very professional look. Given the vast
number of jobs available on the site, ensuring ease of use for any
visitor has been a primary objective. Offering numerous options to
find jobs and an easily navigable site, the user is guaranteed a smooth
experience whilst browsing the site.
The Flame site is successful in promoting the My Flame Health site to
candidates, encouraging loyalty as the candidates details will be pre-populated
on the fields. Once they have applied for a job, they are prompted to join My
Flame Health to allow them to efficiently apply for jobs in the future.
‘Bondadapt’ allows administrators to regularly add jobs which will
automatically populate the correct areas of the correct site. This offers an easy,
straight-forward and effective method for them to continually update the site.
Being able to access candidate and vacancy details on one system provides an
easy process for Flame to match suitable candidates to advertised vacancies.
Due to heavy optimisation, the Flame suite has seen brilliant
results in terms of SEO. The following terms all rank on page
