The Challenge
Frederick Wray had a new strategic objective to re-position the company
as a high quality bespoke furniture manufacturer, supplying both
domestic and commercial clients throughout the UK. The aim of the
website was to attract new customers through high search engine
listings, to present visitors with their high quality position in the
marketplace and to encourage visitors to make an enquiry.
The task included creating a completely new brand identity for the company with new logo and style guidelines - before the website and supporting marketing materals could be produced. The site needed to reinforce the new company brand and allow for quick and easy descriptions and images uploads so that the bespoke furniture portfolio could be easily managed and kept up to date.
The Approach
The site was produced using River CMS with the Flex Module and Media Manager enabled, which allows the client to develop their growing portfolio as new additions are designed and manufactured. This portfolio allows Frederick Wray to showcase its full range of bespoke quality furniture. In order to achieve high positions in search engine listings, and therefore produce site traffic, on-page SEO techniques to focus on a range of keywords and an off-page link building strategy was incorporated within the site.
The Results
Upon completion, the Frederick Wray website has a creative and professional bespoke look that reinforces the company's new brand identity, style and market position. SEO has achieved page 1 positions in Google for a range of keyphrases resulting in an increase in website traffic and, most importantly, enquiries and sales.
The site successfully showcases the company's range of bespoke furniture. This is achieved through a portfolio which contains both descriptions and a dynamic image gallery that allows multiple images to be associated with each product. Visitors are attracted to the portfolio using dynamic callouts, which are positioned on each page of the site, showing featured portfolio pieces and testimonials from clients.
