River CMS/SeniorStore: Fast loading, with market leading SEO capability, Senior’s flagship content management/e-commerce system was released in July 2008. SeniorCPE: Senior’s content publishing engine was specifically designed for organisations that need to publish large amounts of information on their websites. Originally conceived for the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), the system was released in May 2008. It uses sophisticated ‘content driven’ navigation such as an enterprise level search system, tag clouds and dynamic sectional navigation. The system is designed so that users can quickly find relevant information amongst 1000’s of pieces of content.
Memberbase: The latest generation of Senior CRM systems, Memberbase is a contact relationship management system that has been built specifically for membership organisations. Released in March 2009, the software has been quickly adopted by a number of membership organisations who use it to log interactions, mass email and manage membership renewals as well as its many other features.
e-days: From an original idea in 2003 to produce a web based holiday management process, e-days has since developed into a market leading staff absence management system. The system is based around a centralised engine, which has received regular enhancements and developments since the original V1.0 launch in December 2003. By the release of V2.0 in January 2008, the system had developed into a highly flexible market leading package, which has received further monthly developments to keep it at the head of the market.
e-vol: Senior’s first major web application was developed for the Welsh Voluntary sector. E-Vol is a CRM system which handles the complex relationships between people and organisations in the voluntary sector, logs interactions, allows grouping and complex mass emailing and has a sophisticated reporting function. The system has been used daily by almost all of the Welsh Voluntary Councils (CVC’s) since its introduction in 2002.
