Senior Internet has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to lead the market penetration of RiverCMS – Senior’s enterprise content management system. The software is built from industry leading frameworks - dot net and SQL - and works as a centralised CMS engine, which reduces support costs and allows a scheduled development programme for every RiverCMS website. After deploying RiverCMS on over 50 website and e-commerce projects, Senior is now ready to offer RiverCMS to the design agency community.
We are now looking for a skilled and highly motivated Channel Manager to establish RiverCMS as the software of choice for design agencies when building a CMS website or e-commerce site.
To achieve this, we are looking for someone with the following attributes:
• Proven sales experience (software sales experience preferred).
• Business development experience.
• Highly developed client facing abilities.
• Self motivated, high-energy characteristics.
• Well structured and organized.
• Quick learner and intelligent thinker.
• Ability to work in a small team.
The job responsibilities include:
• Ownership and primary responsibility for the RiverCMS product, reporting to our Sales Manager.
• Creating a sales pipeline and responding to sales enquiries ensuring high enquiry-to-sales conversion rates.
• Demonstrating the RiverCMS system to potential clients via online WebEx demonstrations.
• Market segmentation and direct sector-specific marketing campaigns.
• Skillful use of a blend of different marketing communications on a restricted budget.
• Management of a small technical support team for system setups and support.
• Logging and reporting of all sales activity via our CRM system.
• Leadership of proposal writing and pitch meetings for large customer opportunities.

Senior Internet has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to lead the market penetration of ‘e-days’ - the highly featured, market leading, web-based absence management software. e-days is a star ‘software as a service’ (SaaS) product, and is used in more than 30 countries worldwide by a varied client base across: banking, insurance, legal, entertainment, media, and many more. It has reached a stage in its product lifecycle where it has the opportunity to grow substantially using well structured, defined and measurable sales and marketing strategies.
Until now, incoming sales enquiries have been generated via the www.e-days.co.uk website. Using this method alone, sales have grown by more than 250% over the last 18 months. We believe this to be only the tip of the iceberg, and with the right person on board the potential for e-days growth is vast. We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
• Proven sales experience (software sales experience preferred).

The job responsibilities include:
• Ownership and primary responsibility for the e-days product, reporting to the MD.
• Responding to sales enquiries ensuring high enquiry-to-sales conversion rates.
• Demonstrating the e-days system to potential clients via online WebEx demonstrations.
• Market segmentation and direct sector-specific marketing campaigns.
• Skillful use of a blend of different marketing communications on a restricted budget.
• Management of a small technical support team for system setups and support.
• Logging and reporting of all sales activity via our CRM system.
• Account management and expansion of existing e-days customer base.
• Leadership of proposal writing and pitch meetings for large customer opportunities.
• Investigation and development of e-days reseller opportunities.
The position is based in central Nottingham and there will be a requirement for occasional travel to client sites when necessary.
