Due to rapid growth and an expanding client base we have a new opportunity available for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team. We want someone who will manage and inspire our studio team to produce market leading websites, and who will help our clients see their vision for their new on- and offline marketing projects come to life.

In exchange you’ll get the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, driving the delivery of our projects under the tutelage of our Operations Director. You will be working for the UK market leaders in non-profit and charity websites and CRM systems alongside a prestigious client-base and a strong development team.

In this role you will:

  • Have responsibility for launching projects on time, on budget to our high standards
  • Be the key point of contact for new projects
  • Attend project kick off meetings with our Commercial Director to agree scope and schedules
  • Chair meetings with the team and clients to define processes and CRM set ups
  • Chair and create personas, user journey workshops and navigational architecture sessions with key client teams
  • Run projects in an organised, open fashion
  • Plan timesheets and produce weekly schedules
  • Post project retrospectives and continual process improvements
