The Group consists of a number of recruitment companies trading in specialist sectors, all with their own websites. The Group’s existing recruitment web portfolio had been developed piecemeal, had very little cohesive corporate branding and didn’t take full advantage of shared resources. Senior’s solution was to create a dynamic web template to act as a foundation for all the groups websites. Each site was then redeveloped using the Group’s template - the template supplied the corporate brand and the company identity was maintained by use of the colour palette and images in the design. The result, individual company identity with umbrella corporate branding and a host of other group benefits… The template structure allowed Senior to develop a range of shared resource plug-ins such as job search functions, cv tools, job application mechanisms, news modules etc. This created two major benefits for the Group. Full search engine optimisation was also conducted on the sites to maximise visits and WebTrends monitoring put into place to monitor a wide series of metrics such as visits/conversion ratios. The results: Stunning. On every single metric the improvement is phenomenal, the sites achieve more registrations and job applications weekly then formerly achieved in a year.
