Waystone

Great design, fast loading, comprehensive search engine optimisation and fully content managed through the SeniorCMS – that’s the new Waystone website.

The SeniorCMS allows Waystone to add sections and pages to the site anywhere within its 3 levels. Once created, the editor can choose the format of the page from a range of template designs, add images and copy and place callouts on the page for latest news or vacancies. Videos, documents or audio clips can also be added to any page in the site. These are stored within a centralised Media Manager allowing any image or clip to be used in one place or multiple places within the site.

The Waystone site also contains a databased ‘Buildings Manager’ where any number of Design and Build or Civil Engineering case studies can be added.  Each case study comprises of a range of images, a description, location, completion date, value and other relevant information. They are displayed in a number of areas within the site, all managed through the highly flexible SeniorCMS, where lists of case studies can be formatted by different criteria as follows:

• Building Type
• Location
• Completed or ongoing
• For Sale

In this way the same pool of case studies are displayed in differently formatted lists throughout the site. In one section there’s a full list of all Design and Build case studies… in another a full list of Civil Engineering projects… and within each Site Section there’s a series of different  lists showing completed and ongoing projects on that site and what’s for sale… and its all taken from a single centralised database.

The SeniorCMS also provides full search engine optimization of every page with easy management of url naming, title and metatags and well as full control over header tags and image alt tags. The system provides everything you need to build sophisticated SEO into every page of the site.
