e-tranetCRM is Senior’s premier web-based Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system. The system was originally developed in 2006 and incorporates all the knowledge and experience that had been gained through the design of e-vol – the Senior web-based CRM product for the voluntary sector.

e-tranetCRM is a sophisticated web-based, password protected solution. A Contact Relationship Management (CRM) forms the core of the system, with category searching, automatic list generation and ordering, record creation and editing, and the ability to combine contacts into groups. The CRM area integrates seamlessly with an Interactions Menu, allowing the logging of a range of communication interactions with contact records, either individually, in combinations, or in groups.

The system has been devised in a ‘hub and spoke’ configuration, allowing organisations to mirror their regional sales structures. It is possible to create Sales Offices within the system, allocate staff to the offices, and then to allocate contacts to offices or individual staff members within the offices. By using individual log-ins, dynamic homepages, and differing levels of access, the system ensures that sensitive sales information can only be viewed by the authorised user. Through the system, Central Sales Management can then monitor how each Sales Office, Team and Consultant is performing.
