Newsworks membership site wins 2013 Davey Award

We’re proud to have been honoured in The 2013 Davey Awards for the design and development of the Newsworks membership website, which won a Silver Davey Award in the Association Best-in-Show Website category.

With nearly 4,000 entries from around the world, the Davey Awards honours the finest creative work from the best digital agencies worldwide. The awards are judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA) based on distinction in creative work and standard of excellence as determined by the IAVA.

Linda Day, Executive Director of the IAVA, said, “This year’s Davey Award winners truly represent the best small firms worldwide. The work entered into this year's competition embodies a smart, tactful approach to creativity and highlights the capabilities and forward thinking mindset that makes specialist digital agencies so unique”.

Newsworks and Senior couldn’t be more thrilled.

Pete Senior, Managing Director at Senior Internet, said, 'We are particularly pleased to win this award for the Newsworks website as it has performed fantastically well for the client all year, with innovate web features like the Geek Calculator attracting 100,000’s of visitors over a couple of weeks in the Summer."

The Newsorks website is a fully featured membership website with full screen and mobile responsive versions.
