Responsibilities:

Keeping clients happy

  • Being responsive to client queries
  • Account manage website improvements
  • Help to meet client objectives

Project Management

  • Ensuring profitable delivery of projects
  • Project planning/ management
  • Write briefs and meeting contact reports

Support

  • Delivering internal and external software training/ webinars
  • Update, allocate and solve support tickets
  • Plan and attend account reviews face to face, on the phone and in web conferences

All sounding good? So who are we looking for…

Experience/qualifications

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree with an aspect of either IT or project management
  • Customer service experience

Technical support experience

Would like:

  • Previous exposure to a CMS/CRM
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Excel
