It’s usually an active social one or a drinking social one, but February's Team Night Out combined the two. The evening consisted of 2 hours training in cocktail making at Salt Water Bar with one of Nottingham’s best cocktail bar tenders – and of course the consumption of all the cocktails we made.
Unsurprisingly the evening was really popular with the staff – 50% of our male staff were in attendance and 100% of the female staff! We had a fantastic time and now we all really appreciate the art of creating cocktails – whether its shaken or stirred! We’ll definitely repeat the experience in next year’s social diary.
