Their project

The Digital Growth Programme delivers fully funded workshops, seminars and digital business advice. Managed by the East Midlands Chamber, the Digital Growth Programme offers free support and workshops on a number of subjects from social media through to e-commerce. Using the Programme helps small businesses improve their digital footprint and has been a huge success.

Their goal was to streamline the screening process of eligible businesses and make it easy as possible to find and book workshops across Derbyshire, Leicester and Nottinghamshire. They wanted a modern, contemporary site which was easily accessible and also positioned them as trusted experts in their field.

Our Approach

As one of the leading advice and workshop providers for business in the East Midlands, it was essential that the site be user-friendly and easily navigable with a fresh, up-to-date style. The key feature of this site is the registration process that automates the documentation required to manage funding claims, as well as an events system with automated eligibility checks to ensure candidates book onto the right events, with incredibly sophisticated functionality.

The Outcome

Since we began this project we’ve developed and improved our events facility, which will positively impact all our future clients. The site is engaging and presents complex and sophisticated technology in a user friendly way, we expect to see this site’s popularity soar over the coming months.

The Digital Growth Programme is a hugely successful trainer to the region, offering hundreds of funded ICT courses to eligible businesses. Complex booking types, eligibility rules and reporting requirements have meant that our events offering is now even more feature rich.
