Senior is an award winning, full service Digital Agency, founded in 1997. Based in the heart of Nottingham with a UK wide client base. We have a great new opportunity for a part time HR manager to help steer one of the most successful web agencies in the Midlands, Senior Internet.
Due to continuing growth we are looking for a flexible part time HR manager to join our team for up to two days per week.
Responsibilities
- To review and implement appraisals
- Identify and plan staff career development paths and training plans
- Run appraisals and performance reviews
- Implement and manage performance or disciplinary procedures
- Advise on resourcing planning and involved in interviewing of new personnel
- Reviewing and implementing new HR process
- Advise and implement policies
Our ideal candidate must
- Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Have CIPD qualifications
- Be a people person and an excellent communicator and negotiator at all levels
- Be fully conversant with HR legislation and how it applies to SMEs
Salary
£30K pro-rata depending on experience.
